Cancellation Policy

We don’t promote cancellation, but we provide cancellation before the product/s have been dispatched from the store. Once the product/s is dispatched from the store you can’t cancel the delivery. Always order the required products and properly check the items in the cart before purchase. If we found you continuously cancel order/s without any genuine reason. We have the full authority to remove your account without your knowledge, once we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse or other manipulative behaviour that entitles us to claim against you

Return/Exchange Policy

For return/exchange of product/s ordered we need to know the genuine reason and with unboxing video of product within 3 days after delivery of the order. In case we found that the reason for return/exchange is unnecessary or we have the full authority to reject your return/exchange request. However, there are certain products such as Party Wears, White Coloured Dresses, etc. specified as “Non-Returnable” on the website in the product description. Items to be returned/exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags, invoice and packaging intact (for eg set clothing’s must be packed in the original box as you were delivered).

Refund Policy

We endeavor to process your refunds within 48 hours from the date of returned product that cleared the quality check at the Store. However, the refund is subject to the transaction and processing time taken by the bank after the NEFT/RTGS/UPI is initiated from our side. In case of any delayed refund even after 3 working days, contact us to know the current status of your order refund. We can refuse a refund request, if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse or other manipulative behavior that entitles us to claim against you.
