Generally, items are delivered within 5-10 business days excluding public holidays and Sundays, in case of delay don’t get tensed feel free to let us know us about the delay.
Yes, a small shipping charge is associated with every purchase.
Please contact our support team for further inquiries regarding the item is eligible for return or not and for any doubts regarding the purchase. To return/exchange your order, contact us within 3 days after the delivery with genuine reason for the further proceedings, also check our return/exchange policy. Once you are approved for refund/exchange, we request you to send the items to our store using a courier company available in your location. Please ensure that the products are in unused condition with their original packing and tags and invoice along with the product while shipping. In the absence of the invoice slip or any other intact we found missing in the courier, we might not be able to process the refund. After shipment, please let us know with the shipment details. The fund for shipping won’t be refunded from our side.
We endeavour to process your refunds within 48 hours from the date of returned product that cleared the quality check at the Store. However, the refund is subject to the transaction and processing time taken by the bank after the NEFT/RTGS/UPI is initiated from our side. In case of any delayed refund even after 3 working days, contact us to know the current status of your order refund. We can refuse a refund request, if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse or other manipulative behaviour that entitles us to claim against you.
We don’t promote cancellation, but we provide cancellation before the product/s have been dispatched from the store. Once the product/s is dispatched from the store you can’t cancel the delivery. Always order the required products and properly check the items in the cart before purchase. If we found you continuously cancel order/s without any genuine reason, we have the full authority to remove your account without your knowledge, once we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse or other manipulative behaviour that entitles us to claim against you.
